Not only in my drawings, but also in my house, I love to try to create pretty looking scenes. How about you? As you can see, I like things with a vintage feeling to it. Do you recognize the vintage items on the shelves in my kitchen?
Gorgeous photos Esther! I like the way your shelves look and I like things on them too. I wish I had some shelves to display things on but living in the attic this is the only thing I can't really do. If I could, I definitely would! :)
I LOVE your shelves :D I would love to have all kinds of different mix & match (or not ;)) plates, cups and bowls, but - I don't. I used to be fairly neurotic about things like that, and although I think I could handle it nowadays, it goes a bit far to smash all the (matching) stuff I've got ;) Love the vintage stuff as well - we're both definitely kids of the 70s ;) For the longest time, I hated everything they did back then, but it speaks to me of childhood and all that goes with it, now. I think it's actually the 80s that's really, really wrong ;)
Mixing and matching is really my thing, i"m a bit neurotic about avoiding a whole matching set of dishes, that scares me somehow :-). Yes, the seventies are cool, eighties...a bit less style-wise....
Pretty Pictures :) I love making nice arrangements, too! I'm going to move to a new flat this month, so I'm really looking forward to decorating xD
ReplyDeleteThanks Katrin Good luck with your move! And the fun part:decorating your new place!!

ReplyDeleteHey Nini, yes, shelves at an attic are a real BIG challenge :-).
